We are a busy, fast-paced warehouse operation looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful Shipper to join our team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, can multitask effortlessly, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is perfect for you.
Hours: Ideally 10:00 AM โ 6:00 PM (flexible hours may be required)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.
Contact and liaise with trucking companies to arrange pickups and deliveries.
Manage shipping documentation and update systems in a timely manner.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Think creatively to solve shipping/logistics challenges as they arise.
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, supporting team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities.
Experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is essential.
Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions.
Forklift certification is an asset
Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs.
Capability to work as a team player
Good Math skills
Good communication skills in English
Able to work with minimal supervision
