Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Shipper / Warehouse Coordinator .

We are a busy, fast-paced warehouse operation looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful Shipper to join our team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, can multitask effortlessly, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is perfect for you.

Hours: Ideally 10:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM (flexible hours may be required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.

  • Contact and liaise with trucking companies to arrange pickups and deliveries.

  • Manage shipping documentation and update systems in a timely manner.

  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Think creatively to solve shipping/logistics challenges as they arise.

  • Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, supporting team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities.

  • Experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is essential.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions.

  • Forklift certification is an asset

  • Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs.

  • Capability to work as a team player

  • Good Math skills

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Able to work with minimal supervision
